I was lied to from Dr Kamdar about shots for my child . I don’t appreciate being lied too especially in front of my face . I stressed that I could not afford the shots and did not want to schedule them for that specific purpose and she told me they were all free of charge : next time I go in their trying to charge for something I can’t afford . Very unprofessional and definitely considering going to another pediatrician.
Got in quick and was provided great customer service. The intake nurse listened to everything I said and made sure the Doctor was aware. Best experience by a PCP I've had.
Treating clients with dignity and professionalism is always a great sign you're in good hands. Every one from the receptionist and in take nurses were outstanding. I've been seen by 3 physicians at this clinic and first and foremost they are approachable professionals. Dr Marsh is easy to talk to and he listens. The building could use some major renovations but that's not the important thing when you're getting excellent treatment.
They do not know what they are doing. They tell you one thing over then phone and when you come to the appointment is a whole different story. Nurses do not care about the patients I spoke to 3 different nurses and they all respond with different things. You get what you paid for.
1 Star for the girl in front the desk, black hair and contact lenses, super bad attitude… I have more than 2 years taking appointments for me and my kids and all is great and super fast. 10/10 I strongly recommend Dr. Pediatrician Enrique Gonzales… But they just don’t deserve to have in the staff someone in the front desk with that kind of negative attitude… She was wondering to give my appointment to someone who she know’s and I was 5 minutes later and the man was there waiting to take my appointment and she just say to him in front of me… “The person for the appointment is here so I can move you to other day” and the man was little bit upset.. And then she make me wait 1 hour and half becasuse the doctors days he can’t see me for my 5 minutes later but I know that the true was she was trying me to let me go with intention…
