I attempted to reach this doctor's office today to ask if Dr. Garza was taking new patients. After navigating the automated system, I was placed on hold to wait for the next available person. I was still on hold after 25 minutes 21 seconds and no one ever picked up. That is unacceptable and tells me everything I need to know about this office. Hard pass...
Service is horrible. Unprofessional and useless. Whoever is answering the phone has poor phone etiquette and needs excessive training. She answering questions with attitude like if she doesn't want to be helpful. No stars !
This clinic has gone completely downhill over the years. The front office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional now all the good doctors have left. They’re now left with doctors like Dr. Randolph, who has horrible bedside manners. She will over talk and belittle you which is simply not how any patient should be treated. Find somewhere else to get quality care. You’ve been warned.
The doctors are amazing here but the pharmacy they are so rude. They are not nice to people who are addicts. They treat you like you’re an addict, even if you’re sober trying to get your Suboxone and your life together. So I went to HEB for it even though it’s twice the amount. at least the people at H-E-B don’t treat me like that.
I took my personal holiday just to come in for a physical exam, arrived early, and was told I couldn’t be seen because they had me scheduled for a well-woman exam—which I never requested. I clearly stated this was for a physical. I have screenshots, and if calls are recorded like most medical offices, I’m confident it would confirm that. As someone who works in healthcare, I was shocked they tried to claim a physical and a well-woman exam are the same—false and potentially leading to double billing, since I already had a WWE this year. Even worse, I didn’t see a doctor yet somehow received an after-visit summary. I’ll be calling my insurance to confirm nothing was charged—because if so, that’s fraud and will be reported to Texas HHS. The mistake was one thing—but the attempt to cover it up and assume patients are ignorant is unacceptable. Based on other reviews, I’m not the only one who feels something shady is going on here.
