My overall experience with one of the staff (Morgan) felt very heart cold and not very understanding about my situation at all i can say was my interaction with this person left me feeling very hurt and discouraged to keep moving forward.
I love the Dental Department. The staff has treated me so well and very hardworking. Thank you for helping me. Favorite place to go for Dental Care. I'm treated with so much love and respect, I can't thank the staff enough. You won't be disappointed, I promise!
Still patiently waiting to be seen by the dentist been waiting since March and still haven’t been seen by a dentist. Also if you call the appointment line there is a man that will awnser the phone with a rude attitude . He needs to be fired completely unprofessional and intolerable. Especially towards somone who has been waiting for several months just to be seen by the dentist-_-
I was a walk in and got an appointment for a week later. At my appointment I had blood tests results from quest diagnostics positive for hep c and that day I was told that they would order Epclusa for me, which is a very expensive medication. I would have to wait a month for it because I was uninsured. A month later I was given 28 days worth of it with 2 more months refill because it is a 12 week regimen of treatment. It supposedly has a 95 % cure rate. I am so grateful for this clinic and the formulator of Epclusa cuz I heard hep c treatment in the past was very unpleasant. And you have to have your liver healthy inorder for you to have clean blood circulating through you. I think having blood work done really helped in getting the medication in that time frame. Oh back in Jan. of 2020i was told they were having maintenance issues with their phone number so I had to go walk in but I don't know if the phone number has been fixed as of February 17
A very good experience my first time donating platelets . They give you quality snacks and are able to watch tv to pass time . The staff there are very nice and will get you everything you need to keep you comfortable during the process . Save a life !
