Dr. Gemboland Front Desk were GREAT and helpful. Nurse seemed like she Hated her job. Short and Rude. I asked aunt my numbers on my Blood pressure. She answered like I should know. She is a SAD sole.
Clinic does not respond to messages from the pharmacy. They also do not respond to patient portal messages. So be careful if you need medications refilled. They have also started sending slow paid accounts to collections which they’ve never done before. Their website clearly says “we help regardless of ability to pay” and in the past have let you pay a little at a time as you are able but that is not what happens. If you don’t have insurance and don’t qualify for patient assistance (yet still can’t afford healthcare) do not go here. Also don’t count on them to look into anything that should be routine, preventive, or conditions that should be monitored at a minimum of yearly.
Everyone was very nice I wasn't feeling good emotionally physically.they make me feel better I even get a hug ❤️❤️❤️
I was nervous to see a new doctor after 10+ years with the same office. My new insurance referred me to Lonestar, and I was matched with Dr. Justin Feeney based on schedule availability alone. My experience overall was great. Communications via email and text made paperwork and booking easy, staff was friendly, and Dr. Feeney's bedside manner was impeccable. He's friendly, has a sense of humor about awkward/serious medical inquiries, and is very thorough overall with his exam and time . I didn't feel rushed and felt at ease when my appointment wrapped up. I was provided referrals and offered good information. My only regret is that it took me 6 months to get booked at another Lonestar location, then that was canceled due to the provider/insurance change, then eventually matched with Dr. Feeney in Georgetown. Wish I'd booked sooner!
First of all the place gets 4 stars, and that’s because of a few people in the bunch with a bad attitude but that wouldn’t be fair to Seriah and Dr. Fiedler. They Both get over 5 stars in my book! They both help me with my girls and idk how she did it but she managed to make it so quick and effective to get Not a cry for my kids shots. (Note:And my baby has autism too she’s hard) She’s kind, attentive, she’ll answer any of your questions and Dr. Fielder is also amazing they make a perfect team. I was amazed and it makes me not want to leave their care at all to pediatrics.
