Front desk, doctors, lab people Everyone here is so attentive and helpful. Thank you everyone here, specifically doctor Anyinkeng for your help and advices, and I don’t know the name of the miss that help me in lab but thank you so much for your patience. Amazing clinic
They did ok, I guess. The person registering people was kinda gruff. Like I was suppose to know what to bring in. Not very customer service friendly, considering that's exactly what they were hired for. 🤷🏽♂️
I was going to rate it less due to the girls in the front. But they DONT deserve the credit. Lol. The manager that helped me and went beyond customer service is whom this shout out is for! Thank you. We come here because we have too NOT to be treated as an interruption to your conversations (yes the girls in the front)!!! Customer service is ALWAYS something important. Someone should remind these girls of it. Maybe scrubbing the toilets and cleaning up the toilets etc will do the trick. You should put a comment box or survey box in the front. I could just imagine how some people are treated that don't know how to voice their concerns or defend themselves!
Considering how many services they provide I was seen pretty quickly as a walk-in, and not only was I able to get seen as a walk-in but the whole staff helped me through the whole process of being registered. The staff is kind and supportive! Service as I was being seen was awesome, nurses and doctors showed how confident they were to reassure me that I will be taken care of. They offer blood work and a pharmacy to also get everything you need taken care of! By far the best place I’ve checked myself into! Super grateful for the programs they have and how well they handle all services!
Great and efficient service. I love the staff, very attentive and recommended 10 out of 10. Pharmacy is quick and friendly staff also. Lab techs lack. My service getting my labs was not great. I got skipped, paperwork mixed up. Not a good experience. When I went to speak with a supervisor regarding the lab techs, she was no help either. San Vicente is great for health care, not mandatory lab work
