Had my appointment for January rescheduled twice just to have it canceled on me. Next available spot wasn't until April. Guess they'll just let me suffer until then.
If I could give this "Medical Center" a ZERO I would most definitely would. This medical organization is the most disorganized and unaccountable of their own mistakes. They have post CoVid protocols that they somehow expect their patients to know from heart, and their times on when to go get tested for COVID, Influenza, streptococcus on their Eidson road location, because why shouldn't the patient know, it's the patient's responsibility right. Ohh and if you pass by Eidson RD clinic they have signs on their hours but on their doors , paper sized 12 font so make sure you drive by @ 1 mile an hour with binoculars so you can get the information correct, and not inconvenience the screener. Poor Service, Bad attitudes, Administration resolutions to fix problems SUBPAR.
Gina Godina a fantastic nurse practitioner. She took her time to bring me assurance about my health and gave me the best care. I will certainly go back to get adequate healthcare with Godina. Thank you! ❤️ 🙏
Bad services I. Was waiting for almost an hour to get assistance
They NEVER Answer the phone !!!!! How can we call if we need an appointment or need assistance in anything ? This is ridiculous ..
