Okay so I had just had my baby and went to my first check up after having a c section my doctor ripped the bandage off me without even a count down or anything she was very rude a quick with her exam and the way she ripped the bandage off was so painful it made me feel dizzy and I was sweating I left the room to schedule my next appointment with the ladies at the desk still dizzy and shaky from the pain I instantly fell to the floor and passed out for a minute the doctor slapped my face so hard and laughed and the ladies at the desk looked shocked I felt embarrassed and tried to quickly schedule my next appointment and leave do not recommend I would never go back I should have sued

Our appointments were from 8:20 to 9:00 AM, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care we received. Dr. Tasneem is an exceptional physician who truly listens. She took the time to address both of our concerns thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. Her bedside manner is professional yet very compassionate, which made us feel completely at ease. It is clear she is highly knowledgeable, especially with her dual board certifications in Family and Obesity Medicine. The West Dallas clinic staff were also friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Worst place to go if you are pregnant. The nurses are unprofessional and demeaning. I have been having intense nausea and was told by the doctor that they would prescribe me medication for it. It has been a week and 4 days and they still have not sent the prescription to a pharmacy. Find a different clinic do not waste your time here.

I’ve had generally good experiences, until recently. The wait times have been absurd. As someone who works, I cannot afford to have an appointment at a set time and wait around to be seen. My appointment this morning was for a follow up. It was at 9:15am. I arrived early. They called me back pretty fast to take vitals. Great. I was then sat back in the waiting area until a room became available. Fine. Again, they called me back -by my appointment time- to place me in a room. It is now 9:59 and I have yet to be seen. I get I am not the only patient, but no one should have to wait almost an hour to be seen by a provider. I respected the establishments and employees time by showing up on time to my appointment. I would appreciate it if my time was respected as well.
