They staff is nice..however.. they never tell you the correct time of the appointments, they are always behind, it gets a bit frustrating when you have to rush to work. Update: it took and hour and a half for lab results. I had explained I need to leave for work. The doctor got upset with ME for rushing her when I simply said I rather just leave. I had originally gone to check for something and she immediately went to: you need a physiologist. "I have one." A counselor "I have one." She then proceedes to have her staff call me for a physiologist referral. I'm sorry but I felt very unheard and very dismissed. I won't be coming back soon.
They never turn u down and that's caring if u ask me unlike some places want that co-pay first
I attend the Hondo location, the entire staff are caring, informed, and very respectful. I woul highly recommend this location for someone searching for a new provider.
The clinic is affordable and offers care on a sliding scale to the public. The receptionists were kind at this clinic, but the doctor could use some additional training/education on specific health issues.
My family and I experience with South Texas Rural, wasn't never satisfied. Especially when you can be doing yourself and your LO' the favor and energy by just simply taking yourself to a "real doctor I clinic". Instead of wasting you're time. than to count on these unprofessional staff team who does not respect HIPPA. They DO NOT. . The amount of time you have to wait just to be seen is a headache waiting to happen. I wouldn't even give this clinic a star ✨that's how ugly the staff members are.
