I came to bring my wife to this place and oh surprise, the prices are nothing like what you'd expect. They make you think you're already paying for several things, and then they charge you for everything separately, and it's not cheap. They practically refuse to help you apply for any assistance and give you little hope of being approved for any kind of aid to pay less. They're deceptive when they give you prices over the phone, so if you come here, don't come with the exact amount of money, or else be prepared to lose your appointment.
everytime i call im waiting on hold for minutes at a time.. would if my baby was really sick and yall just not answering. DO BETTER. i been on hold for 20 mins ain’t no way yall just taking calls or doing wtv yall doing. bet yall just sitting on yalls rolly chair just watching me call.
Dr. Pok, is simply extraordinary—the finest physician I've encountered in my 43 years. His rare combination of speed, empathy, and genuine compassion sets him apart from every other doctor I've seen. He doesn't just treat symptoms; he truly cares about his patients as people. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under his care, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for a doctor who will give you both expert medical attention and real human connection, Dr. Pok, is that doctor.
I have mixed feelings after see 3 different doctors. I guess there are certain medicines, can't prescribe. I have tried 3 time to get a nerve pain medicine filled. Not a narcotic, Lyrcia. Memorial Hermann doctor, has prescibed it for years. These doctors can made it happen. Poor patient care.
It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone to set an appointment. I have waited on hold for as long as 25 minutes. I had an appointment at the Conroe location in August for a type 2 diabetes follow up. Dr. was supposed to do full blood work, but when I went to the lab, the Dr. did not order blood work needed. I did not feel like she was concerned about my issues, during the visit. I made an appointment with a Dr. at the Grangerland location for the blood work and other concerns. Dr. was great, but he has not shared my blood work results, even after sending emails requesting the results, forget about calling. I have decided to change primary care doctors after the first of the year.
