This clinic is a disaster. Starting off with the call center representative who are supposed to provide customer service, they do the opposite they hang up on me its like they don't want to do their job. Their appointment systems are the worst they schedule you for an appointment you dont even need. And when I do show up for an appointment i scheduled they say its not showing in the system. Theyre always blaming the computer system instead of taking their owm blame. But oh how they love to gossip during work hours ive sesn it theyre too busy with that instead of doing their jobs. Then when I get seen by my current doctor (Dr. Roque) she's always in a bad mood, no compassion towards her patient (me). She seems annoyed doing her job doesn't even greet me at least for coming or ask how I've been feeling. I will definitely be switching to another doctor very soon. Secondly the laboratory is a joke as well, I got blood drawn by a phlebotomist who wasn't wearing gloves (health violation) which I reported to the supervisor Claudia. This happened a month ago and I have not received a pone call, nothing from her. Last worst thing about this place is the pediatric center. The waiting time is an eternity, my kid is a witness to this we literally wait for HOURS even though we get there on time for the appointment. It's every time not just once. I'm tired of it, at this point I just feel like they're doing it on purpose. It's the worst staff I've ever met. Worst clinic. Don't recommend.
Horrible phone service can't ever get ahold of anyone and there pharmacy is ridiculous saying that if I want my meds same day I have to sit and take a number and wait to get called just to tell them I need a refill and that I am going to wait for my meds to be ready can take an hour if your lucky Or if you just request it thru drive thru then it takes 3 days not everyone has the time to sit and wait an hour some of us still have a job I know im not the only patient but some of the patients there depend on a ride and can't cater to the clinics need for them to wait. some staff really want to help people I can't say the same for everyone some have bad attitudes
I was a young mom and during my pregnancy a male doctor from the OB/GYN’s dept made me cry many times, its like he was always mad, now 2 years after I just wish I had switched clinics. I hated that he also yelled during a misunderstanding in the room where i was about to give birth. The process was stressful. It made me develop the strong belief that men should not be in charge of things like these..thank you for reading.
Appointments take way to long to see a dr always a physician wich cant provide the adequate meds 1 needs the the social workers either dont care are understaff or completely forget tho schedule you for a specialist and when they do they send you to the wrong specialist happened twice with me I've since then change clinics
Everyone here is kind and helpful and very patient with me when i struggle to remember what they just told me they repeat it again with a great attitude. The pharmasist gives me advice shes the best and so is everyone here. This is the best place ive ever been and i feel cared for.
