Incredible staff. Incredible service. I can't say enough great things about this place. Always easy to get in. Never crazy long wait times and Madeline is just a doll!
Some of the sweetest most kind hearted and considerate individuals, they have helped me through the darkest times of my life, and many others, and there constantly reassuring and accurate, and just all around great energy from these people.
Tan health in Beaumont very unprofessional. Myeisha idk what I did to make you give me the run around but shame on you. This is a business to change my SERIOUS appointment 3 times back to back it’s giving it’s personal. Sad!!do better
Mr. Linden was great company. Drove well, and was patient with all of us who rode with him today. He was very accommodating.
This place deserves negative 5 stars if that were an option. I first saw Dr. Baghri for my mental health, and the initial visit went well—she actually listened. But after that, everything went downhill. At one appointment, she completely took me off all my medications, saying therapy would be better and that medication wouldn’t help me. I’ve been on medication my entire life, and for a doctor to just stop them all at once is not only confusing but also dangerous. I even left that appointment unsure if I was supposed to stop cold turkey or taper off, and had to wait over an HOUR to get written clarification. Then there was the short-term disability paperwork. Dr. Baghri filled it out but never sent it to my employer, which caused a huge mess. Later, I saw the nurse practitioner, Jamie (who deserves 5 stars—she’s amazing), but was told that to renew my paperwork I still had to see Dr. Baghri. So what was the point of the NP visit if I needed yet another appointment just to maybe get my paperwork renewed? On multiple occasions, my disability paperwork was filled out but never submitted, leaving me to deal with the fallout. Honestly, dealing with TAN has made my mental health worse than it was before I started going there.
