Best to avoid dental care from this facility. I wasn't expecting the world's best treatment, but I also didn't expect to have my teeth damaged in the process. When I complained to Dr Velasquez about how rough and hurtful he was being, he insinuated I have "dental phobia". I felt very disrespected and mistreated during my visit here. The drive to Fort Stockton is more than worth it if you're looking for quality dental care.

As with the so called “Urgent Care” clinic in Marfa - they don’t keep any time open for walk-ins. So basically they are NOT an urgent care faculty because if you need “urgent care” you need it today - not tomorrow or next week.

Great doctors, PA’s and nurses there. Had an unpleasant experience talking to the staff/front desk-difficult to try and schedule anything. 3/5 don’t praise that aspect.

So incredibly rude. I went in for an appointment which was changed last minute, gave them all my information informing them about my appointment and was then told I had no appointment. I go to the family clinic next door thinking I went to the wrong place (since none of their websites seem to be properly updated to the actual location of this clinic) only for it to be a nearly empty building with one lady in it who ignored me. After multiple calls thinking I got the wrong place I realized that the ride woman on the phone was the same one that told me I had no appointment at the begining. Not only did they go back and forth on whether I had an appointment there during my calls but they did not speak good enough English to be handling calls and they even hung up on me in the middle of our conversation.
