I refuse to see anybody but Kristen, because the last time I went, I was complaining of diabetic thrush, dizziness, nausea and severe ear pain, and instead of helping me. I got accused of boof the first being high sandrunk.And then when I got upset, I needed help with my mental health, they wanted me to call somebody to come pick me up.So I did literally in front of them, and I'll take all the cops to make sure that I didn't leave the parking lot.But yet nobody would give me a drug test breathalyzer, mouth swab or blood sugar test to see if I really was intoxicated or not. It's damn near impossible to get in to see Kristen for a day of sick appointment. That whole thing freaked me out

Kristen Kovach is the ONLY dr I will see regularly and unfortunately she rarely has last minute sick appointments. Last sick appointment I went in for thrush severe dizziness nausea extreme ear pain and was first accused of being high then drunk then added on something about me needing mental health help cause of how upset I got. I had a double ear infection a severe case of diabetic thrush and my blood sugar was messed up. Not to mention some how she didnt bother to read i had just had a partial hysterectomy and was in a hormonal imbalance cause my ovaries decided to shut down. She refused to listen to me at all. She never once asked to test my sugar or give me a drug test or alcohol swab. But she did in fact call the cops on me to make sure someone picked me up. This was the most unprofessional and embarrassing appointments I've ever had. Now I still have oral thrush and am sick with some bug and will be going to the ER cause I wont be talked to or treated like that. I don't know why she wouldn't just test me for all of it. Even the cops knew it was bs

I am giving a 3 stars not because of anything about the Dr's or the staff. But my issue is the fact that if you call to get information or to speek to a nurse the front desk will not work with you or allow you to remain on hold. They will just put you through to a voice mail where 90% of the time you will not receive a return call prompting you to call back only to receive the same response. I personally would rather be on hold knowing that my issue matters. I think they do this so you have to make a appointment to be able to just ask questions and force you to have a copay. And 2nd their billing department is incompetent and to lazy to do there jobs when 2 insurances are involved they refuse to bill both in order to charge you more than you should pay. Again I love my doctors and direct staff but the administration side needs a lesson on manners and customer support.

Great friendly staff. Laid back yet professional. This place took the anxiety I had for going to the doctors away. I take both of my children here as well my son whom is autistic and is typically scared of doctors offices feels comfortable here as well! I Highly recommend!
