I was locked out of my house. It was around 7am, I went to throw my trash away. I came outside with a scarf on my head, a t shirt gown and no shoes. I forgot my keys and cell phone. I was locked out of my house. I did not need any money, just for someone to call a locksmith. No one would help me, they just looked at me horribly. I walked down to Matthew Walker and they let me use their land line phone to call a locksmith. I was so happy, because no one else would help me. They made me proud to be a property tax payer in the same neighborhood as them. Now I'm taking my dental insurance to their dental department. I'm looking for great results. I will keep you all informed. Thanks Matthew Walker for helping me when no one else would help me!!!!

I visited Image Radiology Center and had an exceptional experience. The provider was extremely patient and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were amazing as well friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I’ve been coming to Matthew Walker for the past couple of years, and I’ve become increasingly frustrated with their service. The billing is consistently incorrect; I get charged when I show up, and there are ALWAYS bills on the back end, and even when I pay, I keep receiving notices for charges I’ve already settled. It’s incredibly messy and disorganized, and their billing process is far from transparent. When issues arise, it’s nearly impossible to get help. I’ve spent hours on the phone waiting for someone to follow up, and often nobody ever does. I’ve ended up paying extra money without even understanding why. The dentists themselves are okay, but the experience is consistently disappointing. I always arrive 10 minutes early as requested, yet I’ve never been seen on time. I regularly end up waiting an hour to an hour and a half past my appointment time. Overall, the disorganization, poor communication, and lack of transparency have made this a frustrating experience. I will not be returning.

It was a great experience. I walked in at about 8:45 am was given a 10 am appointment and that one took only about 40 minutes. The last pharmacy was just as quick and convenient. They were very focused and the building was clean

They were the best they took great care of see to me and my needs the dentist and his assistant both were there making sure I had no pain . There is nothing they left off. The five stars is not enough there should be a. Sixth and seventh for how they they cared for me and from looking around you could tell that was the intentions of all the staff . To help there patience Intrigued with respect and the care people deserve. There are many in this world I could learn a lot of lessons from Matthew Walker In their staff. I thank God for the blessing of finding them and pry God blesses Matthew Walker and all of there employees . I can’t thank them enough.
