Some of the nicest people, very clean and well organized. Staff are very polite,and professional, the only problem I've had is checking my test results. Their a little too overly causious with their HEPA, it's hard for older people like me with little to no technical know how on these smart phones and email to find out our test results and get answers.

horrible staff, never fulfilled my prescriptions. i don’t recommend this place to anyone! i have a new insurance company and im so grateful i never have to come back here. if your insurance has a doctor by this facility please do not waste your time coming here, especially for pediatric services

I went into this doctor office at 9:40 in the morning and didn’t leave until after 12 noon to get refill for my blood pressure medication. 3:45pm get to Walgreens and the doctor never called the prescription in. And I’m writing this review at 5:26pm and they still don’t have my prescription.

Had an appointment that was scheduled before hand, sat in the lobby for an hour, finally get called to the back, sat in the exam room for an hour and still no doctor came into the room! I obviously got up and left, will not be going back

So I opted to have Memphis Health Center as my primary care provider and was assigned to one doctor, when it came time for my initial appointment I was put off twice without no explanation or warning. Then to top it off I was rushed along with a burnt out doctor who I could tell didn't give a _____. If you know what I mean. The doctor lied about an referral appointment for next week that never happened. That was over a month ago. No communication whatsoever. I messaged the guy through my patient doctor portal no response. This place is so unprofessional and I give them a F for failure from my experience.
