I have three weeks ago with a lot pain and I call 5 6 7 times and never have appoinments..so I need really see doctor is very painful and I have to wait because I don't have money to see regular doctor😢

Today is 04/28/2016 and I have been calling the Union location and there has been a busy signal every time I've called. My visits to this clinic is great every time I go but trying to get an appointment is hell.

I truly dislike Christ Community's whole process of making an appointment. You'll be on hold to make an appointment for thirty minutes to an hour sometimes for them to only tell you they have no more appointments available. Something has to be done! People work and can't always take off just to take a chance at maybe getting an appointment. This puts a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to EVER come here again. On the other hand when I finally get an appointment the people at the Union location have always been nice, caring and concerned. The Doctor prays for me and I'm grateful for that. I just hope making the appointment process changes very soon! Please!!!
