It’s hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. I call and no one answers the phone at all but says you are now caller number 1 after being on for over 15 mins then sends you to a voicemail to never get a call back. I am new to the area so I’m not sure if there is a better place locally or do I need to go into Hohenwald? I have seen Hannah Dixon, who did a great job, when I was able to make the connection. Making the connection is the problem. Other times, they are closed down for the day for whatever reason. It’s beautiful outside so I can’t speak on today if that’s the case.
I am new to the area. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Did not have to wait long at all. And NP Vivian Stokes was very good. She listened to me and didn't rush me through. I am going to continue using them for my health care. Very satisfied😀
My daughter had an appointment at 2pm, at 2:45 she still was not seen. But 5 other people walked in behind us and were called to the back within 5 mins of waiting! Then was told I have her down for 2:30. I walked in at 1:50pm! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Came in today saw miss Stephanie I normally see Ms Kristie. Sadly Kristy and I are now have the same day. After my appointment today I have decided I will find a new clinic to go to. She was rude, I told her I had shorting of breath and dizziness and she told me it was that time of year I had fluid in my ears and she said stop smoking. Still have a pain in my ear and no meds to help. I have been going there for years but I will never go through that again. Ear aches, shortness of breath and lightheaded and she was just worried about my trying Flonase. Sure that may work for the fluid but didn't do anything for the pain. So thanks for that. Her nurse was very nice, felt I needed antibiotics for my ears and maybe looking into the other stuff. I am not doing to have a heart attack because ms Stephanie didn't think it was important.
Kristy King listens to the patient and not much wait time. I have been coming to the clinic for years now. It is such a vital part of our community I have also seen many improvements through the years. I like the one stop healthcare it provides.
