One of the most amazing places I've ever been to get healthcare and I've been to some big names I come from Nashville where the big v hospital is I'm just going to say that but this is truly an amazing place and they care about their patients and the only little bit of downfall would be the pharmacy and not staying open until 5:00 no that's the hard part but you can still talk to people after hours it's just a little rough but other than that everything's great the staff is amazing they genuinely care and they help if you need food they help with that if you need clothes to help that to help everything you can think of honestly and they're genuine about it the people really want to do what they're doing and you can tell I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and their children as well...

My daughter is a patient and we have constantly had issues getting her prescription we had a phone appointment in November and no one called on that day and during thanksgiving break my daughter runs out and we can’t get more the pharmacy has reached out and even my wife called today and got transferred 3 times till a nurse finally said they would forward the pharmacy to fill her prescription and yet we contact the pharmacy and no such thing was done. My daughter is 10 and autistic with insomnia without her medicine she doesn’t sleep this little girl goes days without sleep till she crashes from exhaustion. I don’t know what more to do because I don’t feel anyone here truly wants to help us.

Absolutely ridiculous the past 3 times I have had to walk back up stairs and have tell them the pharmacy has not received my meds so today I tell them the past 3 times I have had to do this and I have a 4 year old so it's hard on him waiting so today once again I ask before I even go down have they done this and I'm told yes Dr Ramoni has already called you won't have any problems we sit for an hour waiting and they call me to the drop off window Mr Smith they still haven't sent it down so I go back upstairs again after an hour waiting and wait another 30 minutes while they send a message and my 4 year old starts pitching a fit. It's not fair to my kid that the staff or whoever is not doing their job and now it's 2:45 on Friday and I don't have my medicine and can't get it over the weekend. They need to get it together it never happened until they changed Drs UPDATE 11/10/2025 The director Howard took time out of his day to call me and assure me that this problem will be addressed and it will not happen again. He was very nice professional and considerate and I do appreciate everything this place has done for us...
