I’m absolutely disappointed. The extreme lack of communication and professionalism. Playing phone tag for weeks with no return calls. My doctor barely communicated with me and as a result they stopped prescribing me my medications. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients. Because this isn’t the place.

Charging over $300 for the visit itself is insane! How do you even justify that? And why wasn’t I told ahead of time it would be that amount whole filling out the form! Very deceiving! Extremely expensive.

Had a payment to pay of a medical debt but was sent to collections. Was auto deposited out of my account then randomly stopped. Wouldn't do business with Community Health again.

I love my doctor but why is it every single time the past 3 week I call I'm not able to schedule. I've had the front desk ladies schedule me so many times with them but not anymore. It pmo so bad bc I can't just walk in and ask. I live too far and have stuff going on to do that it's stupid I'm not even gna see docs anymore with the bs

Impossible to reschedule a dental exam if you attempt to reschedule you will be not be able to you will be treated as if you’re wasting “their time” a weather related inconvenience causes my elderly mother to be unable to attend. Something that cannot be helped now she will have to “walk in” what a term really, she cannot just walk in she’s literally in a wheelchair and on oxygen, to wait all day. I work full time and will have to miss work to sit there all day. Since this is the only dental office I could find accepting Medicaid and Medicare there aren’t any options for her as a low income disabled person. At this point I feel like it’s discriminatory. The supervisor Ashley gives no consideration to a rule that according to Dee in the dental appointment office was just changed yesterday. I’m sickened. All I can do is rant on a review page, so if you’re seeing this and have another option take it! According to Ashley they’re short staffed so your customer service doesn’t matter to them anyway! They know the low income / disabled community has NO choice but to eat poor customer service and relations. DO Better. Everyone deserves good health and dental care with excellent customer service all the time not just when you’re fully staffed.
