This family health center is the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees are unprofessional and act like they can’t pick up the phone. They conduct business in an unethical manner. I guarantee that all the high ratings on here are from the employees or the staff.

I went there for a tooth ache and all the dentist did was had an X-ray done. He looked at the X-ray and then looked in mouth. He told me all he can do is give a prescription for the pain. I was pissed because I paid out of my pocket for nothing.

I would give it a -5 rating if possible. This place is VERY unprofessional to say the least. This is my 4th time trying to be seen! My first appointment was scheduled 5 months away which should’ve been the first red flag but I just looked past it. When it came time for the appointment it was rescheduled so i rescheduled another one, finally was seen and had to reschedule another appointment because “they didn’t have time to do it that day” mind you i only need one cavity filled. That appointment was scheduled for 2/5/2025 i waited a few months for this appointment only for them to call me the DAY OF at 7 am to RESCHEDULE. So at this point I’m very upset and concerned with how educated and experienced they are by their unprofessional work ethic but I still schedule a new appointment. The new appointment was set for 2/25/2025 and they send me a text the day before 2/24/2025 to reschedule once again. They couldn’t even call they had to text so I will not very give this place another chance and I STRONGLY suggest no one else do so either. Ver very unprofessional and inconsiderate!

Absolutely the worst Dr's Office I have ever attempted to go to. My first appointment was scheduled for the first appointment of their day and 2 hours after they opened I was still waiting to be seen. I watched two other people that admitted they didn't have an appointment go back before me so even though I had paid at the time of checkin I had to leave to go to work. Fast forward several months and after talking to my girlfriend who is also a patient made another appointment. She made the appointment for me and talked to the staff and explained what happened on the first attempt and we were assured it wouldn't happen again. Well today I attempted my 2nd appointment and literally the exact same thing happened. I wouldn't go to this place if it was the last place on Earth! I can't rate it low enough

Went to doctor appointment for hernia issues. Doctor walks in and asked who I'm shape like to have a big stomach. Excuse me but I have a hernia. She then goes on to ask have I try wearing spandex to help pull my stomach in. This appointment was very humiliating and depressing. I then informed her that I need something for my job stating my abilities at work. She suggested that I make an appointment at a weight loss doctor and ask them for a status on working. She also said to ask the weight loss doctor if they could order me a van or something to help with getting rid of my stomach. This was a wasted two hours. I could've checked my vitals myself at home. But yet they billing my insurance for being humiliated.
