Don't take your children to Dr. Moreno-Hussey!! A completely incompetent doctor. She misdiagnosed my son and didn't prescribe treatment. She sent him to an allergist and then home to drink water! I had to see another doctor and was immediately diagnosed with strep!! and an urgent course of antibiotics.

I am not someone who goes around handing out bad reviews, but CareTeam deserves this. My wife has been dealing with debt collectors and constant letters from LabCorps due to a coding error which stated she got the lab work as part of “weight loss treatment” which is completely inaccurate. This was all the result of a one time visit to the Pawley’s Island office due to something completely unrelated to weight loss. It has resulted in our insurance company denying to pay for the services. She has been contacting the clinic at Conway and they have told her they will work to correct the issue but nothing has been done in months!

Careteam Plus has been a huge help for me, especially after being paired up with Geanine Pregel. She takes her time, no judgement is professional and has empathy which, unfortunately, so many people lack today. Please don’t get discouraged if you initially don’t feel comfortable or like someone isn’t truly listening. That happens anywhere you go but this place is truly Blessed to have people put in place to help each one of us with our individual needs. Lisa Lowery is amazing. Everyone loves her! My life has changed for the better and I’m so grateful.

Careteam has been a fantastic health facility. All of the staff are caring and provide all needed information. If someone doesn't know the answer they will find someone who does and get back to you as soon as possible. The pharmacy staff is fabulous as well.
