The office staff is really nice. But be aware of getting prescriptions. If you are getting a controlled substance, you are dependent on for mental or physical health prescribed at this facility, use the on-site pharmacy. I needed an emergency prescription after being discharged from the hospital. The staff was helpful and wrote my prescription and sent it to Walgreens, But the prescription they wrote was not written in a way Walgreens could fill it. The amount and instructions did not make sense or add up. Walgreens have contacted my provider multiple times and have got no response. I have tried calling fetter health over the past two days. They secretary sees a note for my prescription needing to be fixed but refuses to escalate to my provider. When I got the prescription, I signed a paper saying any changes would take 5 days to approve. So even though the prescription was never filled can't be filled as is. I still have to wait 5 days. I ended up going to the hospital again.
Avoid at all costs (literally) Fetter routinely charges for services not rendered. I’ve experienced 3.5 months of being tossed between departments with no follow ups or refund on the horizon. I've personally never had any problems with the reception staff or doctors. Dr. Danielle Vines was actually very thorough and pleasant in the few visits I had with her. They make you pay any outstanding bills before you can get a chance to speak with anyone about them and eventually I realized I was billed for services not render. After it was confirmed I was billed for services not rendered, Rienzi Simonetti from their finance department allegedly sent refund checks out twice that I’ve never seen and they refused to refund the credit card I initially paid with. All issues get rolled up to Shakila Sumter, a manager who is extremely unprofessional, rude, and inept in every way. No one responds to their emails, phone calls, or checks their voicemails. Calling any number you can find online related to their staff or office lines ends up with you repeating all your information for them to transfer you to another department to do it all over. They’ll reply to this review with the same BS message apologizing and promising to review these online reviews internally but nothing will change. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Dr Morales was great but she went onto a higher calling. The sliding scale program is horrible now, even with the high cost of living and up to your eyeballs in debt; be prepared to pay $200 a visit if you make 45k and can't afford health insurance. In addition to this I was given a prescription for anxiety medication and signed an agreement to do monthly visits and drug urine screenings. I am expected to pay $200 for this visit but I have been without my medication for 8 days now because for some reason my doctor won't call the refill in and hasn't responded to the messages I've sent her. $200 to not even get what you paid for is ridiculous Edit: I actually got somebody on the phone today and they are outsourcing their calls to a call center in another country! The lady on the phone had the excuse of being closed for Christmas and New Years but today is January 2nd. My appointment was on December 20th. This is inexcusable Another edit: they still continue to not write my prescription on time. I have been awake for 4 days and had a note added to my chart I had to be seen for a refill from a doctor I've never even met before even though I had an appointment late last month. I was also accused by a male doctor at my last appointment of being on drugs. It's in my chart I have PTSD and do not want male doctors; so I am unsure as to why he even came in to listen to my conversation with the doctor I was seeing about my heart issues. So they just took $50 from me and left me to deal with the consequences of suddenly stopping my medication. I am so done with this place
This place is nothing but a prescription mill. You never give you any answers, any diagnosis. You just get medicine and told to come back in 3 months. They don’t actually do anything. They do lab work on you but don’t put it in your chart. Took blood and urine sample and then when i came back and no one had any idea what happened to any of those results or where the samples went. Also those ladies in the pharmacy are ridiculous, they lie about mailing your prescription, waited a week it never came went the pharmacy and it was still there.Prescription is never done on time. It’s just a mess. If you have insurance just go somewhere else. If you don’t or on a fixed income like I am, just use this to get cheap prescriptions and go on a payment plan with Roper if you need any medical help.
Worst office in every way. I took a friend of my sons down there for a dental emergency and had to pay before ever seeing anyone. An hour and a half of waiting later we had to leave without ever seeing anyone and I asked for my money back then. I was told they would credit it back to me within a few days. That was over a year ago on Feb. 8 2024. I discovered I never got a refund while doing our taxes. I called their billing and was told a $50 credit was put on the account instead of a refund, and to get a refund I had to call the clinic manager. I called to speak to the clinic manager and the ppl that answer the phone for all of Fetter act as gatekeepers wanting all of your info and to weigh in on the problem before simply transfering you. It irritated me he continued to demand I for on the patient (which was unnecessary since no visit even occurred and wanting to know my relationship to the patient—and even after I said I need the mgr he kept insisting on transferring to billing-the same people I spoke to first. I am the person they demanded $50 from as soon as we got there. I am the person who left with the patient after nearly 2 hrs and told them I wanted my money back right then and was told it would be back on my card in a few days, and I am the person who is still OUT THAT $50 FOR ZERO DENTAL CARE OVER A YEAR LATER!!! Just one more of the numerous incompetent experience I have had at a Fetter office. If my doctor of over a decade had not joined Fetter a while back, I would never willingly go to Fetter for anything. The ppl answering the phones are awful, their response time to messages and wait times are awful, if a doctor referral/auth or anything needs doing it will take days and likely weeks. I worked almost 20yrs as a nurse and lived all over the country before retiring and this is the most incompetent Org l have ever seen.
