The staff and dentist did an amazing job on the extraction of tooth #19. Dr. Bickham was extremely professional and provided outstanding care from start to finish. The team was on time, supportive, and very resourceful throughout the entire process. Dr. Bickham did such a phenomenal job with the extraction that I did not feel a thing during the procedure, and it was quick and smooth. The dental assistant even offered a stress ball to help ease any discomfort, but I never needed it. What impressed me most was that I felt no pain the next day after the procedure. Dr. Hardik is an amazing dentist! Professional, gentle, and thorough. He’s done all of my cavity fillings and always makes the process stress free. His assistant Mel is just as wonderful and so kind.Highly recommend!

Horrible service, would give NO STARS if possible, l they don't care about patient anxiety AT ALLLLLL. They quite literally watched me have an anxiety attack about a tooth extraction to the point that they had to let a 7yo have hers done first because I was scaring her (I'm 33) so when I came back for my next appointment I brought my husband (very helpful man) to be my support, I always feel safe with him. And I knew just like with any other procedures if he could just be in the corner telling me I got this I could handle it. Even after explaining why he was there and why I am not on anxiety meds ( I have multiple health issues so I'm currently using coping mechanisms instead to lower the amount of meds I take regularly that caused even more issues) instead of simply letting my support person sit quietly in a room I was told well you need to just go back on meds and that they won't see me till I either can handle it on my own or go back on meds) I will not go here again. The actual dentist herself SUCKS she's impatient and rude and definitely should be working in a private office not somewhere that serves the greater community.

Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment! Dr. Hardik & Mel were so amazing and coached me through the whole procedure. I highly recommend coming here. The staff is so friendly and there is always a ton of availability!
