I love this clinic, they have doctors and nurses patient and attentive to their patients I highly recommend I have never seen a clinic like this, people really love what they do
This system has gone downhill since the 90’s. It took moving out of RI for me to see how much of a failure the Prov CHCs have become, but my mom was a steadfast patient. Now she has waited a year to see a PCP after her PCP retired. She saw a temp. doctor who didn’t take her concerns seriously (no surprise there) and had to demand a new PCP. She’s finally coming to realize how dangerous it may be letting herself get jerked around by the health centers. But healthcare on a whole in RI is terrible. She’s getting another PCP half way across the country where I am so she’ll have at least one reliable healthcare provider. Do better PCHC system. Do better RI.
The service here is terrible. I didn’t get my ADHD medications because my provider move to another clinic and I had to meet the new provider in order to receive medications. Which I did meet her, only for them to tell me she isn’t comfortable giving out psych medications and refer me to another doctor. Not sure what they charged my insurance for this(meet and greet)? Fast forward to months after, I need to see an emergency dentist but can’t because in the system I haven’t had a physical in years? But I’ve seen my doctors many times in a year. Including for that “meet and greet” that I’m not sure what they are charging the insurance if not a physical. Wouldn’t be a problem if the physical was right away but I would have to wait 2 weeks to get this physical. Do better. N this phone system has been down for 2 years with the same excuse…
This place is ridiculous. Their website says they are open 7 days a week (M-F 9am - 8pm; Sat-Sun 9am-5pm). My recent visit in July, I go and they say we have a balance from our previous visit. We didn't know so we asked what the charge was and how much. It was $80 because aside from the uninsured fee, they charged us $30 to get vitals checked and a $50 fee for "After 5pm" visit. never in my life have I ever heard of something like this. Then this visit was on a Sunday. They tell us there is a "Weekend Fee". WHAT?! No where on their site does it mention these ridiculous fee's. Never going back there again.
Extemely horrible !!!!................I have been coming here for a while and usually I have no problems. Until last week ,I am very upset on how they treated my mother and my daughter from the beginning . The medical receptionists were very unprofessional and their additudes come off as disrespectful and arrogant. My daughter could not be seen that day which is fine it's understandable every place has policies and must go by them. But there customer service is very horrid. My mother commented to my grandmother that they would have to take her to the emergency room because my daughter could not be seen there.ONE OF THE RECEPRIONIST MADE A ON CALLED COMMENT in a very sarcastic almost snobby way SAYING "emergency rooms are for emergencies only.""you'll be waiting along time" EXCUSE ME ARE YOU A DOCTOR ?HAVE U SEEN MY DAUGHTERS CONDITION ? If her doctor is unavaible and were bringing her in to a express clinic it's because SHE NEEDS MEDICAL TREATMENT .There was no need for her comment .AT THE (EMERCENCY ROOM) we found out it was much more serious then we thought. If we would have listend to her snobby comment my daughters condition would have worsened she should stick to being a receptionist or a ma not trying to act like a doctor or a know it all. I gave 1 star because Ive have came here lots of times and the doctor who has treated me is wonderful.sadly because of this I will not be returning here nor my mother nor my grandmother and especially not my daughter.they should understand customer service is important people talk and tell their friends and family thier experiences .It could make or break the possibility of people returning and most likely people will listen and not go as well (if you went to a salon n they did a horrible job and you tell your friend about it MOST LIKELY THEY WILL NEVER Go THERE!!). Receptionist here should act more professional before they keep losing patients if they do not like working with people then maybe they should look into doing something else.People need to treat people the way they want to be treated.
