Incompetent staff. Caseworker, Theresa Rego, was very dishonest. When I complained I found out her bosses were just as incompetent. Fraudulent by billing occured on one occasion that I am aware of. Ms. Rego should not be working in social services. She doesn't treat her clients like people more like trash. FCCP is not as advertised, I was told by Theresa they just help out with hotel stays. No security deposit help, no he'll with food, no help with clothes.

The woman responsible for tax forms is incredibly hard to get a hold of. At the moment I am unemployed looking for work, so my tax return would really help. I already filled out my forms and dropped them off. I called them again today and they picked up. Gave my name and number and still haven't received a call back from Jay or J? They are about to close at 4. I am very worried about the information I gave them because who knows who has it now. Very unprofessional and disorganized

Terrible service in all honesty. I'm playing phone tag with these people every week. I dropped in my tax forms on the 30th and they lost them. Now I have to pay the consequence due to someone else's negligence. Please do your jobs in the correct order. You are handling other people's information all too carelessly. I shouldn't be going through this nor should anyone

Very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment which I think helped. Gave four starts only because the paperwork didn't give me the address to the place but I called the evening before and they did call me back the morning right after before my appointment so I knew where I was going. Also the paperwork didn't mention that I needed to bring a copy of my social security card. So that's why I gave four stars. But the staff was wonderful!
