They never answer the phones; these government agencies are a mess. I have a case, and I've been calling my social worker all week, and they haven't shown up. They should demolish that building and rebuild it. Terrible service.

Next to the Puerto Rico Electronic Lottery. Next to the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum. For lunch, there's Denny's right next door. There are other nearby places to eat within walking distance. If you're coming to buy, sell, or run any other errands, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended; the atmosphere and the area are very nice.
