Great Healthcare facility.

They cancelled my appointment 2 days before due, leaving me without primary doctor, prescriptions and the referrals for my main conditions Was supposed to be today Dic.9/24 moved for Dic.31/24, 🎊🕛 New Year's Eve.Finally they sent my from Caparra branch to Santurce branch to see if they could help me having the outcome of 4 hours wasted situation unsolved.👎

Surprised by how well this works and the level of care and communication. I went without an appointment and unsure if my insurance was regustered there. They helped me register in one department and have coverage that same day. I got an afternoon block appointment, was treated professionally by admin and nurses. One of the admins actually took me upstairs to help set an appointment for a primary care visit later, because my Spanish is limited and she just wanted to be helpful. Iultimately saw a doctor who made sure alll my concerns were addressed, and was able to have my labs drawn on the same day. I couldn't be happier, it is a good place.

The place is very nice but administrative side of it is a shame, of all my appointments I have only been in 3 in about 4 years, first they give u an appointment but the when is your date they cancel it and give you another appointment for 6 month later, so in order for you to get a referral you have to wait for more than a year if u ever get to see ur doctor because they are not reachable what a waste of public funds....public health services in Puerto Rico are foranimals not for humans
