I was in emergency with a patient with copd which the first hour was only to put oxygen. After l stop the doctor a out 1 hour with no treatment. He said that lung where bad. Was going give her treatment It was another 1/2 before the nurse called her no this nurse was very as we waited for 1 1/2 hour she only call 1 person she didn't even come over to take of the oxygen tube wait at the door.we told her that she had done covid test in morning. But she didn't care and was going to repeated again..This nurse was very unconcerned..l never seen and a emergency run this way....
You call and the wait is ridiculous, you come inside to make and appointment and nobody helps you. The wait is ridiculous, what's the point of having building purchased if you can't assist the client properly. The wait for an appointment is ridiculous as well.
Came to the urgent care because my husband had water stuck in the ear and wax blockage that may have been turning into an outer ear infection. This urgent care told us they don’t deal with that and told us to go to the emergency room. This is an urgency, not an emergency. I don’t know how you can call yourself an urgent care if you can’t deal with urgencies.
Horrible services on the referral department... is sad that a patient has to do there job .... the referral department has to get the info for the pt not the way around, and if you call they will put you on hold for several minutes they answer and send you back to the main line, Great doctor but horrible service on other departments.
Terrible service. My first ever appointment the doctor didn't do anything not even listen to the problems I was having, the second appointment I was sent to do tests and it took a whole month to get the test done, I could have been bleeding internally and they still would've made me wait... the worst part is, instead of just calling me with my results to tell me im olay they make me and my mom go over there just for them to tell us we can't see the doctor because my mom doesn't have the vaccine (which is not really a requirement and she doesn't want to because of the people who has died) and they gotta fix the fact that teens aren't allowed to enter alone... how am I supposed to talk to my doctor if my mom is always there listening like I dont want my mom to know about the personal problems I'm having as a teen girl... oh and I was having really painful stomach problems and no not cramps, she didn't see anything wrong with any test so instead she gave me acid pills😑 and said it problem had to do something with my diet and weight😑 im only 168lbs thats not that bad and never caused me any problems
