Hello, I hope a manager or someone reads these reviews. The hospital is very nice and they want to attract more people, but what it really needs is friendlier staff. There's no sense of urgency or friendliness. In the pediatrics area, there's only one person taking patients' information. The wait time is too long! They need another person taking patients' information. They never answer the phone to make an appointment; you have to go in person. The pediatrician, Dr. Fullana, is very good and quick. I wish she were there more days.

I asked, in Spanish, for an appointment, and they just keep putting me back on hold. The instructions say to call ahead, but they wouldn't help me at all. Discrimination should not keep anyone from recieving health care. So disappointed in mi gente, ahora.😪🤒
