The radiology department is awful. They call you, they text you to come in, and then they see you late—it's terrible! It's truly awful. Another person arrives with an appointment later than mine, and they see them first. It's truly horrible; they have terrible organization!
Best health care services for the community.
They need to update the phone numbers. I need to call the billing department.
Yesterday, May 2nd, I went because Dr. Hernández didn't include enough information on my mammogram referral. I had the mammogram done last year, and I had a breast emergency. Dr. Hernández was on vacation, and the receptionist was going to schedule an appointment for me in three weeks. Imagine the complete lack of empathy! They talk so much about cancer prevention, but nothing. When I complained, she went to Dr. Ramos's receptionist, who didn't even listen and flatly said, "No. There are emergencies and emergencies." No empathy whatsoever. I kept complaining until I finally got the referral properly. I wanted to speak with the center's director, so I left my name and phone number, but nobody there cares. Zero empathy for the patient.
The dentist, lab technician, primary care physician, and gynecologist all saw me on the same day with the appropriate referrals. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m., and I left at noon. I had lunch and returned to pick up my medication. They also saw my daughter!
