Outstanding service polite professional clean.
Not enough staff to register patients, waiting area too small, difficulty hearing your turned called if you not in the main waiting area, 1.75 hrs since my scheduled appointment and still have not seen anyone.
The waiting time is terrible. Employees are nice, but doctors are slow
I moved to PR to have a peaceful pregnancy and enjoy my partner’s country and wishes. I’m pregnant and I went to start a check up, I do have my prenatal care in the USA already and I went to see if I can continue checking myself here, they said I was high risk without even checking me or the baby, in short words they denied medical services to a pregnant woman. At least what they could do was check if baby is ok,( The doctor (if u can call him that) was pretty rude too that’s unprofessional) what a shame, (also I heard some cases of pregnant and non pregnant women that aren’t from here getting service denied. I’m biracial (Haitian and Dominican but light on the skin)
Spent a whole week waiting for a health certificate. The nurses were nice, but there was a lot of miscommunication and as a patient, it's quite frustrating. I don't think it should take so long for just one document, either.
