They attend to you quickly, but if you're on federal benefits, their social worker will lecture you to convince you to get on Medicaid even if you have a proof of income in order for them to put the money from these federal benefits into their pockets, as a result you'll get behind on getting your blood work done. Only four out of 10 blood tests were approved

Which so much money from the Clinton Foundation, you would expect an exceptional Customer Service but they rarely answer their only telephone number The Sanos branch located on Calle Troche does not have qualified nurses, assistants to the Drs, their Drs only attend you in 10 minutes. What type of true human empathy treatment is that?

Was taken here on November 7, 2022 to receive emergency services due to the fact my apartment burned down lost all and was extremely anxious. Even though they tried to help, without any luck (due to Puerto Rico's government lack of resources)it is a good place to receive a variety of services. SANOS was also known decades ago as "Hospital Municipal" de Caguas, where I was born 55 years ago. Now it's a clinic that offers many health services to the community

They don’t answer the phones. It’s a first time pacient and can get an appointment. Second alternative went their offices personally and no one answer the door. Call Vital tomorrow for more options. sanos will kill you with their service, or you will end in the psychological clinic because of the distress just to get an appointment. Please give the service you claim you are giving.
