Llamó a diferentes horas y días y nada.
When you call, use the reception option; it worked for me... they were very kind and helpful.
This is the worst place you can go in Cidra. I spent three hours there for a referral they wouldn't give me. Then they waited an hour only to tell me to come back another day. They laugh in your face and treat you and your children badly. If it's pediatrics, it's even worse. The importance they give to anything is zero. Don't go here; it's a bad place for medical services. They take four hours just to say, "Come back another time. We're gossiping with each other." The lady at the front is always mean; she never knows anything about anything. No one is polite or respectful. They all ignore you when you try to explain what you need; they just keep walking as if you didn't say anything.
The doctor they have working at the Cossma in Cidra, named Eduardo Vejas, is useless. He has zero interest in helping his patients. I came in with food poisoning and a throat infection, and despite that, he didn't prescribe anything, not even for my sore throat. I had to beg him to add at least one day off for my university internship on my medical certificate, since he wouldn't do it. He said if I gargled with mouthwash, I would magically be cured the next day and I could return to my practice. He has no empathy, is a mediocre doctor, and is stingy with prescriptions.
Don’t EVER EVER EVER go to cossma!!! They don’t care about anyone BUT THEMSELVES. All they want is your money, their service is HORRIBLE, the people that work there are HORRIBLE.
