I have heard stories concerning sub-standard care in Puerto Rico, so I was not in a rush to got to the ER when I accidentally sliced my hand open with a knife. But I did go. And I was having the wound cleansed by a nurse within 15 minutes of my arrival, and having it stitched by a very pleasant, informative doctor shortly thereafter. The service was better than any ER experience I have had in New York. I am very grateful for the compassionate, professional care I received here.

This was a good clinic but changed drastically, the medics forgot to include prescription and avoid to send the forgotten prescription to Walgreens.

The customer service is impressive from the telephone operator to the receptionist on the center. They must have been trained and have quality control implemented with high profesional standards. The process is very organized beginning with them assigning a turn number according to the area your going. Amp waiting room. Beautiful modern facilities. Plenty of parking space. Many medical services in one location. You can even access your medical records and appointments through an app.

just arrived from NY with a horrible pain. Looked up this clinic and went in. Place was updated, clean and the staff were very caring and friendly. DR Quinonez was very caring and attentive to my problem even though it was almost the end of the day, he was the only Doctor and they were busy. I was impressed with the DR, nurses and the registrar guy. They are truly heroes.
