Headaches are very severe that I randomly fell asleep in the waiting room while I was dropping off paperwork to apply for the low income prescription discount program, and all the office staff was concerned for my physical health. Thankful that they processed our paperwork on a timely manner. As a homeless single mother who doss not have doctors here, I didn't qualify for the prescription discount program.

She went above and beyond to help get my brother’s prescription covered under his insurance—something the previous doctor couldn’t manage, despite multiple attempts. Samantha took the time to understand the situation, navigated the insurance hurdles, and got it done. Her persistence, compassion, and professionalism truly made a difference for my brother. It’s great to see someone who genuinely advocates for her patients. Highly recommend!

I felt very uncomfortable with the nurse practitioner who assisted me today at this office, Ms. Tanya Barr, her attitude was completely unprofessional and nasty, rolling her eyes on me, I don't recommend her to anyone that respects him/herself. When I got out from there very aggravated for just what happened to me, I just felt that I Iost all my time because I was waiting for this appointment almost the whole month of May, and yesterday I dropped off all the documentation this professional may needed to get conclusions and facilitate my process to advance my case, and I wonder why this "professional" (because obviously she wasn't professional with me) waited until the appointment to tell me she can't help me, after reading all my documentation that was carefully organized for her, I feel betrayed and fooled. I put one star because there is no option, but for me this deserves no star at all. Very disappointed!!
