Despite reading other negative reviews of the staff’s attitudes, I have had a pleasant experience working with them to get me the help I need. I would also like to point out that on my last dental cleaning on 10/2/25 the equipment appeared to be sterilized and the staff were very friendly and helpful despite me being nervous. I am sorry for anyone that has not experienced the same treatment that I have, and I hope they can get that addressed. On the other hand, they get 5 stars from me though! :) -Jahiem Williams
Friendly and courteous staff. Not a long wait, and for teeth cleaning, they offer a gel for your gums to help with sensitivity. Bottom line: They cater to cowards!
Horrible. Used to be a decent place. Seems like some arbitrary influence has overtaken the quality of care, compassion and respect for the community. Id give 0 stars if I could. 5 years ago I gave 5 stars. What happened?
This place don’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t visit this place if you’re expecting proper & decent-quality care for your health needs because most of these medical workers are clearly taught, trained to disrespect and be unethical towards patients here. Especially if you are a minority person, I’m not dumb & I got the behavior figured out. This medical practice has strange smells in certain rooms, & some of their medical tools appeared to be dirty, improperly cleaned & sanitized. Pretty hard to believe that I can trust workers to know what they’re doing & provide good care, when they don’t even know how to keep their office cleaned as it’s supposed to be. However they maintain their homes, they can refrain from doing the same in this practice. It’s just that simple. Anyways, one of their receptionist workers will answer the phone with a rude attitude, play phone-tag, immaturely hang up on patient in the middle of a phone call for no reason. One of their medical-greeters (Who’s too old for her nonsense) was giving dirty looks (Looking all up & down at a patient, pulling overdramatic & petty, rude gestures at the patient, talking in a impatient, condescending tone.), acted childishly & had this over-the-top, weird & erratic behavior towards others for no reason. It had no logic at all & made no sense. Trying to embarrass somebody, so I’ll embarrass her back. She made a uncomfortable, awkward unnecessary interaction just because she saw a woman who looked different from her, who appeared for a appointment & she got mad about it. Just like a Karen lol. When people are employed to work with the public & this includes in healthcare, they are required to do their job correctly & simply provide actual proper medical care, which means to address & handle the patient’s health & concerns. Check them in for their appointment & then let them leave when their appointment is done, with no issues. Nothing more, nothing less. Know the difference & get it right.
The worst billing department I've ever dealt with. They have billed the wrong insurance twice now. One we've never had and another long after we explained we switched carries. It took them a year to send us the initial bill, hence us having switched insurance months prior and being confused as to why insurance never paid. I was on the dental wait list for over six months and luckily never got in. My wife was not so lucky. Also impossible to get anything done over the phone.
