Talk about setting someone up for failure! Could not even get an intake appointment correct and you want me to trust you with my child’s mental care?? A courtesy call or rescheduling the appointment could have got you a client, however the company is more worried about booking appointments they can not cover and then expecting people to wait over an hr until correct coverage is found or a therapist is available. Not acceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did my intake with a woman named Shirley, who told me Children Service Center could complete my FMLA paperwork, that was a lie. Shirley told me Children Service Center offers EMDR, that was a lie. I was also told they offer genetic testing for medication, that was a lie. I've also been on a wait list for multiple years for a blended case manager & they just keep taking me off the list. Do y'all just pick & choose who you want to help?

Only giving 1 star just to write a review. This place is a joke my son was referred here from the hospital I spent 3 hrs of my day (had to get a ride due to car trouble my ride also sat in their car the 3 hrs) doing intake transportation was all set up just to be told they won’t be taking my son. Maybe have the proper paper work in place before agreeing to take in a child the whole point of release was having this place set up so thanks to them we risk my child going back to impatient. Lots of issues here, first one is you can't ever talk to anyone on the phone, you get transfered to voice mail, therapists come and go like revolving doors. It is impossible to have an open line of communication. They were much better a year ago. This place really went down hill.

I hate to be the one to write bad reviews. However I feel the need I have to warn others. The staff ( receptionist, therapist, PAs abd med clinic is wonderful. I see a lady named Jill Laibinis she is a ( F N P) and she is absolutely WONDERFUL she is the only who helped me and listened to me. I am getting back on track. This post isnt about Jill I just want people to know she's amazing. However these doctors down here DO. NOT. CARE. ONE. BIT. ABOUT. YOU. AND. WHAT. YOU. ARE. GOUNG. THROUGH. DO NOT CARE. I HAVEN'T SEEN MY DOCTOR IN YEARS AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO IT IS. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION, NOBODY TELLS YOU ANYTHING. THERE'S NO EVALUATIONS THESE DOCTORS DOWN THERE. DON'T CARE, THEY LITERALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS PRESCRIBE. YOU MEDICATION EVERY DAY AND EXPECT YOU TO GET BETTER. WHEN IN REALITY, IT TAKES A COUPLE TIMES FOR YOU TO GET ADJUSTED TO MEDICINE AND FIND THE RIGHT ONES. THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE AS IF YOU'RE STUPID AND AS IF THEY KNOW MORE THAN ypur own mental problems. Honestly if it wasn't for Jill I would have LEFT this facility a long time ago, and i'm considering doing it because i'm tired of getting treated like as if i'm lying about my mental illness, and these doctors think that they know everything so think twice about coming here. I find it very disrespectful and disheartening that your own psychiatrist, doctor does not even evaluate you anymore. Nothing like as if they just see you once every ten years and then just move on and forget you. So honestly, think twice about which doctor you get down at the children's service center, because I promise you, none of them are any good and I say that very lightly. Recently, I have gone through a loss of a loved one, and I have called to see if anybody was able to help me get through it and not one single doctor even cared to even call me back. This is why mental illness is high and nobody seeks help because of psychiatrist, just like the ones at children's service center.
