Making fun of an old man who can’t see the screen is purely evil and disgusting. When someone stands up for that man they shouldn’t get put all the way in the back of the line. This was my experience at this terrible joke for a professional building. Your urgent care staff and security guard chose to laugh and hold up the line yelling at the old man rather than just typing the information down for him. The security guard who did not look older than the man made a comment that he can see it so the old man should. He also turned to my boyfriend and I in line and said “you guys can go get breakfast and lunch” and thought it was funny. I don’t find bullying funny. Disabilities can be invisible and you have no idea whether that man could even see.

Exceptionally disorganized. Had an appointment set for my newborn and arrived about 5 minutes late, but the check-in process was a mess. There is only one window to check in, with no tablet or any alternative option for Pediatrics. I waited patiently behind two individuals who were checking in/out, one of which required translation services. Each interaction took about 10 minutes between questions and everything else. When it was finally my turn, I was told I had missed my appointment and needed to reschedule or come back the next day — all because I was doing the right thing and waiting my turn to check in. There needs to be another window or at least a self-check-in tablet. It’s completely unreasonable to risk having your child’s appointment canceled simply because there’s no efficient way to check in between all the patients that come in. Mind you, I was about to be skipped by other people who came in after me who assumed I was check in. Patients, especially kids, shouldn’t be penalized for poor front-desk logistics.

This place is garbage and doesn't care about people. I called them a few months ago to tell them a close friend is abusing a prescription they give her and it's dangerous. She reached out to me bc she didn't think she had the will power to tell them herself so I talked to a lady at the desk (whom was super sweet and took down all the info). But the doctor still keeps giving her the pills instead of changing it to something less addictive. He didn't even have to take my word. He could have done a call back to count her meds and he'd see how badly she's abusing them. But they don't care apparently. Not their problem. Gross.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Community Care used to be the absolute best and as of lately it just went super downhill. Ridiculous wait times, I had an appointment at 2:45 & didn’t leave until 4 and never saw my doctor. I just sat there and waited the entire time. I understand emergencies happen but I saw my doctor as I walked out of my appointment and let me just say … there was no emergency. After 20 years of being with this provider I have decided to switch doctors. Good luck!

Run from this place! Doctors are a nightmare. Unprofessional, they will take you off any meds you may have been on your entire life. For no reason. You have to fight for your refills basically, its like a zoo when you walk in their for appointments. They don't care about their patients! I felt insulted numerous times! They don't Deserve one star. I had to give that for writing this. Never in my life expirenced such lack of compassion like this! Highly recommend not trusting this place with your health needs!
