I did have a rude review before but since coming back I'll tell you the receptionist I was referring too is Incredible! She treats you how you treat her.... she's always laughing and joking. So if you go there treat her how you would like to be treated... I promise she's a very nice person.... last review was on ME!!! I was rude, I tried to act hard. And I was not nice to her.... treat her nice and she'll treat you the same.... everyone in that office is wonderful. Tiffany & Dr. Malosky are amazing. I hope they always stay.... 😁🎃 I LOVE the girls in Dr Segalls office as well.... dr Segal. Jessica is my girl.... lol for sure. I just met Gladdy today and she's awesome!!! Love everyone in those two offices!!!! Couldn't ask for nicer people in both offices and the respect you get is from the respect you give!!!! Five stars for both!!!!
Awesome Doctor who takes time with me and and listen to what i have to say and definitely recommends what is needed next.
I hàve known Dr. Molaskey for more than 25 years. I have been going to get for a few years. Id highly recommend her. She's kind compassionate and funny.
Rude bedside manor. Acted as if you were lucky to have her time. Wanted no back history of what lead to the visit her words “ we can’t do that much of a work up here” I didn’t know hospitals couldn’t serve their purpose. Not to mention insulting me With “ I don’t see a walker or Cane if your having this much trouble getting around” I had to point to her where my cane was in the room. Not to mention she never went over my results.I do not recommend her.
At least one (female) receptionist is extraordinarily rude, going so far as to hang up on people when SHE feels the patient is done speaking. As to the "quality of care"...THAT is nonexistent. The woman "in charge", Monica, is lazy, inept, dishonest, and without any semblance of decency toward, or care for, "her" patients. She lies to patients, telling them she has submitted prior authorizations for medically necessary medications (something that takes mere minutes to complete). When it becomes clear that she did not submit anything, she makes excuses and empty promises to "get to it today", which she does not do. Days and days after an appointment, with patients suffering from the lack of their necessary and prescribed medication, she still cannot be bothered to fax a page to an insurance company to ensure that said medication is approved for, and provided to, a patient in need. No, Monica is too "busy" to actually CARE FOR, or ABOUT, the health and well-being of patients. The blatant negligence of this woman is nothing short of disgraceful.
