Had a bit of an issue with my BP 140/120(NOT good). And you’d think bedside manner would be all I would be required to receive, or that i’d be directed to the ER, or told to change my diet or something? No. That would be reasonable to expect, but that did not happen. Dr. Deck seemed very concerned with my well being, almost somber to hear of what was the issue( it is rather uncommon for someone with my circumstances to have such high bp, (and so few applicable risk factors). Seamus was thorough in his exam, and they both discussed concerns, a viable treatment plan, with me in the room, (instead of bumping into eachother in an office or something). I didn’t feel belittled or thrown to the wolves, or blindsided when it was decided I should go for testing before further treatment was required. I’ve been having issues with BP and HR since contracting Covid 2 years ago. Doctors can choose to dismiss or address your concerns, they can choose how to address them as well. I can say for certain, that I have never experienced this level of kindness and care before at a doctors office. I am truly grateful I can say that I have now. I am appreciative that we have someone like Dr. Deck waking up every weekday to make sure his patients are treated with kindness, dignity and respect.

I would like to thank Kimberly director of billing in the Scranton office. I had an issue that went on for over a year. I paid for a bridge full price as well as a root canal full price. The bridge was never put on due to me having a tooth pulled that was needed to attach the bridge to. I had a root canal which failed to relieve any of the pain in that tooth so the tooth had to get pulled out. These are two separate procedures. I was told multiple times from different people at the Scranton office that they are going to refund me for the bridge and root canal. I never got my money back. So eventually I stopped trying. Well today Kimberly called me she did refund me for the bridge and the root canal today. I want to thank Kimberly for her time and effort she put in for me. Kimberly was very polite and and caring about my situation. If anyone ever has the same situation I would recommend asking for Kimberly directly.

I went into the dental clinic for a wisdom tooth that broke. I was having a bad anxiety about getting it removed. I would estimate that I was in there for no more than 30 minutes. Tooth was pulled and didn’t feel a thing. Dan and Dr. Murphy were amazing. Eased my anxiety by being understanding, patient and all around calming. They explained each step in detail which helped a lot.

I brought my mom to the wright center for a cleaning and X-rays. The staff were so kind and patient with my mom, I’m so happy I brought her here. The hygienist Dan White took his time and was light hearted which helped to ease the stress of it all… since it’s been sometime since her last cleaning. I can’t thank you and the rest of the dental staff enough for your exceptional care.
