Knowing they are one of the few to take Medicare and medicade they have some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Just terrible staff flat out.

Comprehensive, compassionate care. I’ve been a patient for ~10 years. Metro treats the whole person— they offer medical, dental, and behavioral health care in an integrated fashion. The office staff is professional and it is easy to get an appointment.

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Goldberg for 2 years. She is kind, smart, and my kids feel comfortable and safe with her and her staff. We’ve had a really positive experience since coming here because of her. Additionally- the office is very clean and modern and everyone that works at the office has been very helpful.

I was referred to NP chuck timbers by my pcp who also is through metro. i was seeking an appointment as a follow up to an er visit i had, where i fractured 3 vertebrae and a few ribs, and a concussion. the first thing chuck timbers said to me was "i dont know why you were referred to me, im only going to treat one of your problems." i told him i was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen, and possibly be prescribe antibiotics or something for the pain, and he told me "hes licensed to prescribe pain medication, but he will not be doing that for me" as "hes saw no point." from the very first second of the phone call, he was rude, belittling, and had a bothered attitude. would NOT recommend waisting your time with him.
