Dr Erika Williams is the best Dr ever. I am 50 years old and have seen many doctors. She was a great listener, very helpful and all around just an amazing person. I would recommend her to anyone I know. There should be more Doctors like her.ππππππππ
I was having some terrible tooth pain. It took 2 phone calls and 4 days to get them on the phone. When I finally got there, they took an X-ray. I waited in the chair for an hour before the dentist came. He looked at my teeth. That was it. He then gave me a list of other dentists.
The Doctors really care about their patientsβ wellbeing and spend the extra time listening and offering their best medical advice. The one thing that impacted me most is the sincere prayer that is offered at each visit. That shows that they not only rely on science to treat patients but in the mighty power of Godβ¦The greatest Scientist.
I have nothing but great things to say about East liberty. Wonderful place to visit for medical care. From the receptionist, to the nursing staff, to the doctors have been nothing but awesome people. My kids have been seeing Dr. Bemm over a year now and my experience has been amazing, he listens without rushing, ensure all my questions and concerns are addressed. Apart from the awesome medical experience, my favorite part is the wholesome prayer that he offers at the end of care. I unfortunately moved 1 hour away and I am still willing to drive into the city to east liberty just because of the warm, welcoming, spiritual, holistic environment and most importantly the wonderful medical team. I hope God continue to bless East Liberty and its wonderful staff.
I would avoid this practice at all costs. They incorrectly billed my insurance to force my insurance to reject the claim. After speaking with my insurance and explaining the visit they agreed that the physical would have been covered, but the office incorrectly billed it. Both my insurance and myself have been reaching out to the office to have this corrected and each time I am sent to voicemail and told someone will contact me. It has been 3 months without a response and each call I am told to leave a voicemail despite informing them I had never received a call back. It is evident that this practice is simply trying to scam their patients out of money by fraudulently billing routine annual visits to force insurance to reject the claim. Based off of the reviews I was excited to establish care a this practice, however this has been a very disheartening experience and I hope other patients will not be treated the way I was.
