I recently visited the 52nd and Haverford location for a dental check-up as a new patient, just a day after a holiday. I must say, my experience at this facility was really delightful. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive to everyone. The dental team was engaging and gentle, ensuring I felt no discomfort during my visit. They were well prepared and involved throughout the process. The doctor was also friendly and polite, making the visit very pleasant overall. Additionally, there are check-in kiosks that make your visits even more efficient. Be sure to return to the same kiosk to complete the survey regarding your experience, as it aids in gathering statistics on overall customer service.
Horrible dentist customer service. Requested several times for a billing statement regarding a dental procedure, never received it.
Dental office is very slow wait time even when you have an appt is ridiculous , low on staff , and the front desk worker is very rude !
SPECTRUM HEALTH SERVICES IN 3525 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia,PA 19149 Last year in May was my first visit to the Health Center. I felt very happy with the new facilities, everything very clean and above all the fabulous assistance staff, Dr ELKAN LINN, DDS and KAREN ENGELKE, RDH very professional. My problem is to do a second cleaning there are always problems, there are never appointments, so that the patients can have both cleaning a year. Yesterday I called to make an appointment with the dentist the recording come out, and after waiting so long they tell you to leave a message that will be call later, this is the moment I am waiting for, no one has called me back. This morning I decided to call again with the bad luck that the lady told me that the next appointment they have would be for July, I had the same problem last year in December I had to call on different occasions to be able to get something in that month. I haven’t received the reminder of my appointment by the mail that’s why I called. As much as I like the place it’s preferable to look for another dentist who cares about the patients who have already attended the medical center. NEITHER THE PORTAL NOR CELL PHONE APP DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. THERE IS A LOT OF WORK TO DO.
I can't believe I spent 10+ years, and now I am going to have to find another doctor office, they're treating patients very bad. They done cancel my appointment. It's becoming hard and harder to get seen by a doctor. I got insurance so that's not a problem.
