I called the Dental Department on 11/18/2025 to see if I could get information on my Denture color as I am getting a new partial. Leisha went above and beyond to assist with this issue, and directed me on how to get the correct match color for a new partial. She is certainly a breath of fresh air for this facility and is very professional.
I've been going here for about a year now. I understand some of the reviews, I guess each persons experience is different, like mine. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. From the front desk to the nurses and Doctors, have all treated me with the utmost care and respect. I've only had 2 Doctors since I started there, both knowledgeable and caring.
The front desk was so unprofessional. I was seven minutes late before they said, "Hi, can I help you?" It was like there was no grace period. It's sad that they don't know a person's health condition or struggles to get there; the first thing they say is that you're late. And when I was seen, I had to sit in a room with no cell service and wait 20 minutes. So we're all late, I guess. Where is Ms. Donna and them damn.
They need to hire staff that actually want to be there! Rather your calling or speaking to them in person - it just gives “I HATE MY JOB”. Everytime I come in there’s a new doctor or medical assistant, do they hate it there too???? Sidenote : I can say that the dental office has improved!
By terrible experience. Not only are they unprofessional and not organized. They made me wait almost 2 hours for a tb shot appointment to then tell me they couldn’t see me because of the results that will come on a Saturday which yall been knew when yall scheduled me for a Thursday. Why schedule my appointment for a Thursday first of all second when I got there I should been rescheduled then third why make somebody wait almost 2 hours to tell them this. Beyond ridiculous, unprofessional, and sad and a waste of time and gas.
