For months I've been trying to contact this office by phone and email, about a tenant they placed in one of my buildings that has created many problems. Trying to contact the housing stabilization supervisor specialist (Angela Boiling) has been impossible for over 6 months. Message full. You can never leave a message. Sent emails, no response. I have learned the hard way that once they place a person, they no longer return phone calls or show any concern. It is very bad, when a program doesn't show any concern for the landlords after they get what they want.
I found the practice manager Adam and Dr.Powell were very much interested in the well being of the patients. I was having a difficult time at one point and they were patient with me and helped me resolve the issues. Not at all made to feel like a bother. They addressed me with respect.
I like the open design of the offices. They also have an exercise room on the premises. No excuses!
