This place is horrible. I have a Lawyer and have to use him now instead of this for the people organization to submit a Pardon. I do believe Kelly Roscoe has an agenda against me because I had missed a meeting and was a Parolee at DRC… I’ve been calling and emailing for about Month and a Half now with only a response today after a long voicemail left. Luckily I’m no slouch for Id be hard press waiting on them for help. And I’m productive in my Community years after a 19 year old made a mistake for which he would like help with to live in peace.
They’re so incredibly rude. they have really good doctors, but the I guess nursing staff schedulers everyone else they’re just incredibly rude. They don’t care about their patients at all.
I was given a 9:30 appointment and drove down to center city from northeast Philly. I tried to find parking for 30min and got there at 9:09. The gentleman working the front desk said that my appointment was at 9:00 amd that I was Late so they wouldn't see me. I told him they initially told me 9:30 and they never told me they moved it up. He said they were very busy so I looked around at the 1 person in the entire waiting and told him that they didn't look busy. He said they could be in back. I asked to have my records transferred because getting dentures is a process and he tells me that they cant and i would have to start over from scratch at another dentist. and they wouldn't do it. I honestly feel that i was discriminated against because it is a "Pride/Transgender dentist office. Beware this place if u have a choice
Philadelphia FIGHT literally saved my life at a time when everyone else turned their back on me. They're my Doctor, my Dentist and my Therapist, all three are the best care I've ever recieved in each field. I have never felt more cared for and understood by any other group of people in my life. Thank you for everything you've done for me.
Amazing staff very friendly doctors and the results are outstanding never thought to be pain free and have this results and enjoy eating and smiling again am so happy and recomend this place to the whole country its example all dental associations should be like and couldn't be happier.
