They are going through changes, that should not negatively affect the clients. When I call then office you get an automated answering service with prompts, that doesn’t address the business of my call. I left several messages but, I never get a returned call. The front desk staff hide behind the glass with papers taped to block your view of them with an earbud in one ear while watching videos on their phone. Their duty of answering the phone allows them to use social media. They lack professionalism being the first person you meet upon entering the office. I want to be treated respectfully, and not be lied to.

I love my dentist but it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the front desk to make an appointment. Very frustrating for people who work an 8-5 with little to no time to call for a half hour and leave messages with no response. Please do better

The worst dentist office. They have been canceling my appointments for months the doctors are never in office. They don’t even notify the patients on time. They make you come in to the office to waist your time and let you know that they have cancel the appointment. This has been happening for months already. Safe yourself some time and go to a different place.

Just like everyone else. They never answer the phone. I have been calling for over a week trying to schedule an appointment for my physical and no one answers the phone yet I'm #1 in que. The only time I am able to make appointments is if I go in. I never heard of a office where you have to go in to schedule an appointment. As much as I like the NP I just can't keep doing this every time I need an appointment. It's really sad

This place keeps getting worse and worse. The nurse practitioners I have seen are GREAT but the staff is lazy and never answers the phone. I always have to go in to make an appointment and they are always sitting there talking not answering the phones. It says you are the first caller yet no one answers. I have been calling for LITERALLY 2 weeks leaving messages because no one answers or calls you back. Meantime your condition gets worse. It seems there are an abundance of the same complaints. Why are they not fixing this?
