There's a wonderful, young knowledgeable Dentist here who made me feel better as soon as I saw her. She was so welcoming and though young, had a mothering nature about her. I went there in complete agony. The whole staff was kind from get. I left feeling so much better. Thank you all! Especially Ms. Amy and her dental assistant. Ella tambien me hiso sentir mejor. I am growing increasingly frustrated with Esperanza's patient scheduling. On February 12, 2025, I had to cancel my scheduled appointment due to a family medical emergency. I then rebooked the appointment for March 26, 2025, as that date was available and accepted. However, I received a call today, February 13, 2025, informing me that the March 26th appointment is no longer available because the time slot has been assigned to someone else. This inconsistent scheduling is unacceptable. I am now considering switching to a different healthcare system.

It was my first time having an appointment at this office the doctor was wonderful however I felt uncomfortable because of the staff. when I approached the front desk the lady started to confirm my address without me knowing so I wasn't sure what she was asking of me when she started saying my address. Then she waved her hand to tell me to go to the other room without giving me a clear direction to where I am going, for my first time at this clinic I felt lost and confused, I had to go back to the desk about 3 times just to get clear directions.

I am not sure about these other reviews but I’ve been coming here since I was a child and am now having a child! I always have pleasant experiences with over the phone services, they are kind and efficient. Answering any questions, setting an appointment, etc. Although sometimes the wait for an appointment can be a bit longer than expected it’s always worth it. At my appointment I had many doctors kindly ask me questions, give me personal advice, and make jokes to ensure I was comfortable! Though I will say the only male nurse I’ve seen here made me really uncomfortable and the air felt awkward. Luckily all was forgotten the minute the doctor walked in. I love it here, it’s the best place to go to. All the women make me feel at ease and safe.
