Natalie Taylor the care coordinator is such an angel ! She’s so passionate and considerate when it comes to her job , the moment I was connected with her when trying to schedule an appointment she made it so easy and was also extremely helpful. She went out her way to make sure I was taken care of even when it came transportation. When I made it to my appointment the rest of the staff was also kind and professional. The past reviews are bad but things seem to definitively have changed and for the better!
I've been going there for years and years and years. They finally called themselves upgrade & it's still mediocre. Far as getting a message through to your doctor is like pulling a tooth especially on a Friday knowing that the weekend they're closed. I am really hot with them right now.
Every time I go there is a new doctor. Now they have another doctor who do not work full time. When you contact the office to have paperwork fax to a specialist they want you to, the paperwork never get fax. Looking for new doctor office with a full time doctor. Now one of my blood pressure medication is being recall let see how long ittake to get a new medication. The paperwork was never faxed. Requested the fax in April. Most of the staff is excellent.
I think I need to find another doctor to go to. They never answer their phones so when your trying to make an appointment you can't all you get is voice mails. The staff is nice in person, but they don't have no business hours online so can tell if their open or not & they host don't pick up the phone. I have time frame to get my depo shot and I'm not starting over because no one wants to pick up. And I can't even get a refill on my depo prescription cus they're not responding to the pharmacy email...its 2018 it's time to do better
I went to this office 2x's, some of the staff had good customer service skills. Some of them had the attitude of a McDonald's employee. The Doctor I saw was very nice and there was one MA who was exceptional. My last visit I was there only for a cholesterol test and I waited for 45 minutes while the MA's chat because the computer system was down. Not one person asked me how I could be assisted. I had to let them know that I was there just for that. The young lady who did help seemed as if I was bothering her so I requested for the acceptional MA who took my blood previously. I called a week ago to see if I could get and appointment and as usual, no one answered and you are required to leave message. I've yet to get a reply. Will not go back EVER!!!
