Office is clean, all of the receptionists are nice except for one, good at getting in for appointments, Dr. Ferguson has no personality or hates his job, I'm paying for insurance that sucks!
I absolutely love Janine Muir! So knowledgeable and is so kind. I switched my entire family over to her! I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone is amazing! From the friendly receptionist to every nurse. The care here is fantastic!
The staff is friendly on the phone and in person. They always fit me in for an appointment. They are very understanding that I need to bring my son with me to sit in on my visit, they great him with a smile and always give him coins for the prize tower even when he wasn't the patient. The dental work is as good as the service. I had two cavity's filled in record timing, my bite doesn't feel off at all. Look past any bad reviews and make an appointment, it's well worth your time.
My family of 4 was seeing the welsh mountain New Holland location. It is extremely hard to get an appointment first off. I myself was happy with my services. But after the rest of my family having bad experiences we will not be going back. My husband had a cavity filled and it fell out. My son was told he had a cavity and could not get an appointment for 7 months to get it filled. Taking him to several other dentists, to find out none of them could see or find a cavity in his mouth. What were they going to fill??? My daughter has been going there since before her braces got put on she has been going to regular checkups and today the dental assistant said that she hadn't been there in three years and was very aggressive with asking why she hasn't been there to my daughter nothing ever said to me. Meanwhile I have been taking her there and they continually told me they could not clean her teeth due to the braces being put on but clearly still charged my insurance for cleanings. One good thing is after three years of my daughters braces being on they finally cleaned them even though the dental assistant was very rude to her and asking and demanding answers for questions that should have been asked to me. We will not be going back here ever.
I go to the New Holland location, and have been for over a year and I highly recommend Dr. Justice! I have anxiety regarding my mouth and dental visits and I've always been made to feel at ease at my appointments. Dr. Justice is a fantastic dentist and also funny and personable. The office has worked so well with me and my insurance, and the front desk employees always chat with me when I arrive. If you go here, request Dr. Justice and you won't be disappointed!!!
